WSRP version 2.0 - FCS

Implements the version 2.0 of the OASIS WSRP specification, The project has shipped WSRP 2.0 FCS binaries into multiple release vehicles, and has implemented all the WSRP 2.0 mandatory and most of the optional features. This is the WSRP 2.0 FCS bits from WSRP version 2.0 Project, the same project binary is bundled as the part of Glassfish Web Space Server and Liferay version 5.2 and higher.
